Schorn Construction is implementing a new division with a focus on ADA modifications and restroom renovations.
Schorn has been performing these specific disciplines for the past 32 years on most of their full facility renovation/remodel projects. Similarly, all of our new ground up projects include meeting the ADA regulations. We feel that starting this new division is a synergistic complement to our current full service turnkey capabilities.

In 2019 Schorn Construction Company became a 100% employee owned company. Founded in 1987 by Fran and Joe Schorn, this family business has evolved and a new era was born in July of 2019 with the creation of an ESOP Trust to benefit the dedicated work of its employees along with succession for generations to come.
For over thirty years, Schorn Construction Company has been engaged in a wide variety of projects. These projects have ranged in cost from a thousand dollars to up to ten million dollars.
The diversity of these projects are wide ranging and include restaurant construction, convenience store development, car dealerships, community club houses, residential additions and custom homes, office renovation, retail fit-outs, data centers, underground tank removal, ADA compliant projects, churches, shopping centers, banks, industrial building improvements, facility demolition, MRI facility, and medical offices.

Schorn has performed our first of many ALDI remodels, which consist of upgrading interior and exterior finishes, all while the store continued to stay open. The project was phased so that only sections of the store were closed at certain times to allow construction to continue. One of many challenges of this store was that it got a new electrical & fire sprinkler service.
