A starting point for physical self-defense. Designed for individuals or groups, our Physical Basics programs enhance our natural reactions and focuses them towards effective physical protection. Our most realistic course. Full Scenario training involves all the training of our Physical Basics course plus realistic customized defense scenarios.

Weekly Training is a combination of traditional combat-oriented Okinawan Karate and modern self-defense training methods. Long term training yields considerably higher benefits than occasional seminars. Practice consistent efficient biologically sound self protection movements designed around scientifically proven concepts of self protection.
Services
Safety and Self Protection is our primary focus. While many other martial arts programs concentrate on competition or physical conditioning we study modern criminal actions and solutions to them. We focus every class on effective real-word events. We are non-profit. Every dollar goes to maintaining equipment and paying bills.
