My daughter was told she had 13 cavities at age 4 so I came here for a second opinion. I knew once I walked in the doors I had a uneasy feeling. They did her exam and said she needed root canals and had 7 cavities. I told the dentist I was not going to do the root canals for health reasons plus they’re baby teeth! He responded well you need to see a specialist then. I’m like fine send me to one. I was told she has 6 cavities they weren’t that bad and no root canals needed. Sad you have to get 3 opinions nowadays because they can’t be honest and are all about the money. I should not have

I have not been to a dentist in about 10-15 years except for emergency tooth extractions. I was asked by a friend to come give Fate Dental a try so I did. I was very pleasantly surprised. Everyone was super nice and were really concerned about my mouth issues. They listened to my past issues with dentist and assured me they will not let that happen to me there. I even setup a second appointment for a cleaning next week.

Confimed Appt days prior by responding to several (annoying) text messages and emails, showed up early for the appt and was told that I was not on the schedule! When more info was requested, the receptionist mentioned it was a 'system error' and that this wasn't the first time this happened. If that response was to somehow make things better? It didnt for me.

We love Fate Family Dental!! Sometimes it can be stressful visiting the dentist, but not at Fate Family Dental. The office is warm and inviting and great for the kids! The best part of this office is the staff, especially Jenny, who is friendly and kind and makes us feel very welcome and comfortable.

They called me back and are now referring me to an endodontist for my root canal as well as sending me a prescription to the pharmacy for the pain in the meantime. They also offered to start the root canal in-house if I was unable to get an appointment scheduled at the endodontist anytime soon. I appreciate the follow-up and have updated the number of stars.

I am a foster mom with two foster children with Medicaid. My husband and I have experienced some pretty horrible care in the past. I never thought it was true that people with Medicaid were treated differently, but it's true! This was the first practice that treated us just like all the other patients and treated us with love and respect. Clinic was clean and was very beautiful. Staff was very friendly and inviting. Doctor was VERY thorough and communicated with me with everything he was doing with my children. No tears from my children! Very impressed with this doctor and staff! Most of all

I absolutley love going here, the staff is always so friendly and willing to help in anyway. In reguards to ins and benefits they explain everything so well and arent pushy to get something done if your not ready weather financially or mentally. As i sit in the waiting room the last few times and see kids and there parents chk out the kids are always laughing and so happy. WOW kids at a dentist office laughing after there visit, unheard of. LOL I recommend anyone to this office, super easy to find.

The patient chairs are super comfortable, everything is digital and they've got nothing but the newest technology. If you have anxious kids, make an appointment for them in the Dino room. It makes going to the dentist a little more tolerable

I bring both kids here and they are absolutely wonderdul. We actually come as a family, but my kids truly love these guys. We were going to Wylie Children's Dentistry and it was never a good experiene. Fate Family is little to zero wait time, you don't sit forever waiting in the chair, and they are so incredibly nice and patient. Today we had a new hygienist but I forgot to ask his name. Probably mid thirties, blondish hair, tall. He mentioned having a 3.5 year old and he was AMAZING with my son! Love this place and so do my kids.

This is the type of dentist you want to see. They are honest, sensitive to the your needs, and clearly enjoy helping others. It is a new office and I am amazed by the technology that they use. They really care about their work and will go all out to make sure you're happy.
