I booked a ride a week ago and the date and time was set. I am to have Surgery today. I got a phone call last evening that my ride was canceled and the was trying to find me another ride at the last minute. You don't do this to people knowing how important this ride is.. this was a medical ride thru my Insurance company and you better believe they will be hearing all about it.I never want to see this company in my driveway again as this is not the first time they have left me hanging and this is the most important. They don't even deserve one star if you could use another company do it.

They called to confirm trip several times and never showed up. They abandoned my half blind mother in law, at dialysis 45 miles away from home and didn't even bother telling anyone they would not drive back as agreed. Horrible people and Horrible service.

Failed to show up and then failed to answers !
I called and set up a pick up time hours in advance , then realized I would be arriving sooner then anticipated so I called an hour early and gave the “new “rude dispatcher a heads up . She acknowledged and then once I arrived they were nowhere to be found. I called multiple times and asked when and where the driver was because after waiting as long as I had I was now going to miss a flight , ive tried calling to use there services again because everyone is entitled to a bad day but I’ve been black balled lol they won’t answer my calls â€

Rude dispatcher when you request a certain person either send that person or call and ask if someone else will do. Driver they sent drove like bat out of hell van needs to be replaced shakes and rattles never have I had a cab company not honor request for a driver before today will never use them again

I would give 0 stars if I could. I was nearly wrecked into this morning by one of these taxis in Lubbock. They illegally crossed into my lane while turning at a intersection without indication that they wanted to move over. These terrible drivers need to stay off the roads and learn how to drive before calling themselves a taxi company.

My experience with this taxi cab service was very unprofessional when it came to the dispatcher answering the phones on 5/31/20 in the am. Let's just say I myself know I am not perfect and honestly woke up late, so i didn't cancel until my phone rang and I called her right away. So excuse me that you apprarently dont like your job that you would ask a paying customer to never call midessa again! Your wish is my command lady!!

I wish I could leave 5stars and tell you how a story about how Sofie @ Midessa saved the day. I wish I could tell you how the fast response to a distress call from a family stranded in 99 degree summer heat on a country road in the middle of no where were rescued. I wish I could describe my experience as one everyone could be proud of. But I can't say that because the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and disregard for humanity from Sofie @ Midessa are all I can share with you.

Passengers have very limited choice in this city. And the owner is taking advantage of the situation. VERY BAD.

I been using their service for a few weeks and I have tried and tried to over look the small things but the fact is this is the worst taxi service ever. Only person I don't have any issue with is my driver. The dispatchers are rude & careless, the exact opposite of any customer service!! Specifically Brittney who has told me a taxi was coming for hours more than once just for them to NEVER show at all. This has affected my job where I have to consistently explain my taxi didn't show.. 5 👎👎👎👎👎 Would never recommend them to anyone!!!
