We knew we wanted a pretty extensive upgrade to our home but didn't know exactly what to do. Curt guided us through the process with renderings and suggestions on our full exterior makeover and remodel. This helped us narrow in on exactly what we really wanted. After the Design, Architectural Builders of SWFL, Inc. (AB), seamlessly, created budgets, gathered bids, Permits, and then started construction. Halfway through the construction, we informed AB that we needed to cut 45 days off of the construction schedule so that we could host our newly planned Wedding Reception. Without missing a beat

To me the Company is a general contractor that does the design work for your help and tool for making the decision to hire the company. The same design details are used by the individuals trades to follow and price their work to the designs and the products chosen. Architectural believes in measuring twice and cutting once as the saying goes. Hands on and follow up are standard. We felt comfortable being 1400 miles away and absent from the work. The price was not cheap but we had comfort in the company. The second time was as good as the first.

After meeting with Curt and working with him on our combined design,we knew this would be an excellent home. And, crafted by experienced workmen and done in a timely fashion. We had a great working relationship with good suppliers, chosen by Curt, and the design truly fits our style and the neighborhood we settled in. There has not been a moment since moving in, that we have had second thoughts or "wish we would have done or changed a thing". We have a beautiful, peaceful home and will recommend Architectual Design builders to all!
