Our company had Service Neon Signs Inc., install a commercial sign on the outside of our building. The company name changed so we had them come to take the sign down. I was told the price of the removal by Randy. I was told via email to call the office as sign removals were a pre-pay service. I did that and supposedly spoke to Patti. I provided her my credit card information over the phone. Two days later Randy, sent another email asking had I called in with the credit card, he was told I was sending a check. I advised, I had called the office and provided my card information two days ago. Randy
