They came early, set up quickly, and were on time for pick up. The downside was that the sumo suits' had ripped seams in the legs and padding was coming out. It was all fun to use, but the material/equipment is all well loved and used, and it shows. They do give discounts if you rent more than one thing. Each thing is a few hundred dollars, though, so it adds up quickly. Make sure to call well before your party, sometimes they don't get back to you for a few days.

This company has horrible customer service. I just had a party this weekend and rented the laser tag space ship. It arrived damaged with holes, it stunk like mold, the guys who set it up left after it being inflated about 75%. About 40 min later, it started to collapse. We called the guys, they did not come back out. And after speaking to the owner, he spoke (better yet screamed) at my boyfriend and refused to give us a refund ($375), but only a $100 credit toward my next party rental, which is useless, since I will never use them again.
