Dispatch was awfully rude. She was so disrespectful & not pleasant at all to speak with. Hung up on me before I even could finish my sentence. The driver was great though very sweet and helpful I believe his name was Johnnie. I wish i got the dispatcher's name because she definitely needs a few tips on customer service. However, thank you Johnnie for being awesome!! 3 stars because 0 for dispatch and 5 for driver.

I called very late on the day I needed to get my disabled car to the shop with a brake problem.
With a deadline of 5pm closing, the driver loaded the car quickly and carefully. He then pushed the speed limits in order to make it just as the shop closed. Great service.

We paid another company to tow our travel trailer from the Sacramento area to the top of our driveway in El Dorado County. When the driver got here he said he couldn’t get up the driveway and so the trailer was left at a friends in Apple Hill. I contacted Extreme Towing who looked into it and said they could do it.
Matt, the driver, picked up the trailer today from Apple Hill and brought it to our driveway doing it in a way the previous company said couldn’t be done. He clearly knew what he was doing and did a great job.

I can’t recall my last drives name but he was awesome, very nice abs knowledgeable in my new car and showed me a lot of safety features that the dealership never showed me that will come in handy one day.

I had an amazing experience with Extreme Towing. He was able to tow my one ton truck and 34ft fifth wheel back to Sacramento after I threw my drive line. The most reasonable and experienced tow company in the area, hands down. The woman in dispatch was the easiest and most professional person to deal with in a very stressful situation.

4th tow truck driver assigned to my car through a third party roadside assistance program... the other three cancelled without notice, leaving us stuck for hours. When I saw Extreme was assigned, I knew they would be a solid based on reputation. Tom arrived and was friendly, courteous, and said "no problem" he would get our car on the flatbed... even though we couldn't even shift into neutral. Best experience, thanks Tom!!!!

I called and they arrived within an hour to recover my rolled suburban from down a steep embankment! Not only were they friendly, prompt, and fast with the task after they arrived, but they also lived up to the great reviews that made me call in the first place. I highly recommend this service! So grateful! After our kid got locked in the car with the keys inside, we tried for 30 minutes to get her out. We filed a roadside assistance claim with our insurance company, and it was going to take another 40-60 minutes! Too long with a kid in the car. We called Extreme Towing and a technician arrived within 10 minutes. Our daughter was out of the car in another 2 minutes. Extreme was fast, professional, and compassionate. Thank you!!!

This pass Saturday 4 of July was a bit down hill for me and some friends. We was out there in Colfax, Ca was near a river celebrating & having a good time. Coming out the river mind it's a dirt road well some how my 2018 Chevy 2500 got off the road. Luckily some locals told me to call Extreme Towing for some help to get truck out finally they send out one of their drivers name "Jeremiah" to help us out thank god he was the prefect one for the job took care of us in 2 hours mind this all happens around 11:00pm when he got there until he got it out around 2:00am. I was all alone at 2 am and unfortunately ran over concrete in the middle of the road. I managed to pop all four tires and was scared . I called Extreme Towing and they sent Tom to my rescue. He was there in a hurry and was very careful to secure my vehicle and took pictures of my baby blue for the insurance company . Their service was extremely dependable and made my anxiety decrease with their knowledge and advice. Tom took my car straight to the Tire Company for me and made sure I made it home safely. These guys are the greatest, and their service is the best I've ever received. My mini cooper reversed backwards at a gas station, slamming into a tree, and ended up wedged on top of the concrete outlining the gas station. Simply hooking it up and pulling it off would have damaged my entire underside.

Clean shaven Tom arrived quickly to my home to help me out. My baby needed to be taken to the dealer to be looked at. He was polite and treated my baby with care. He even suggested that I talk to my insurance company about being reimbursed for the charges. Something I didn't think about.

We recently broke down in a parking lot in Folsom. We called trying to find a towing company nearby, no one was available. As we looked across the parking lot we saw a tow truck from Extreme Towing. We approached the driver to ask for help and to our surprise it was Tom, the same driver that came to our rescue almost a year ago. Tom remembered us as well. My son locked his keys in his car last night. Our Roadside Assistance Insurance Coverage put us in touch with Justin with Extreme Towing. Not only was he at the location 30 minutes earlier than estimated,(50 minute ETA) he was able to get my son back into a car that is very difficult to get into when locked. The car's antitheft system does not allow the typical methods of unlocking the door. After attempting all the conventional methods, Justin changed gears, employed a slightly unconventional method and we were in the car in seconds.

Had a rear tire blow out on the way home from Tahoe. Thomas was a huge help. He was very nice, great service, arrived earlier than he had anticipated. Very professional, he took very good caution and care loading my car onto the flat bed as it is lowered and to avoid damaging the rim as they're expensive. I would highly recommend them!
