Not very communicative on what needs to be done to schedule a ride. They say to to the website and I did and got approved but was never informed I had to go in person to confirm. I have a job that's open the same hours and can't make it there. What if I didn't have a vehicle to go in person, isn't that the whole point in setting to rides, no vehicle.... Not happy. My daughter had to miss the last two days of school!

My son uses Western Maine Transportation for school which is in Auburn he is 5 we live in Lewiston. Their service is catered to making them business not the clients. My son was on the bus for 1 hour and 5 minutes today ! It’s a 5 minutes ride but if you pickup adults drop them off at appointments wait for adults it’s in the route to the kids homes make them wait ? My son uses the bathroom as soon as he gets home he is potty trained how long before he has an accident ? One day it takes 10 minutes another 1 hr 5 minutes is unacceptable and disrespectful to the children for your gain in wealth

Generally prompt and courteous. Occasionally get clueless person doing scheduling, who keeps re-asking the same questions. Only big issue is the wheelchair lift is very sensitive. If I have the slightest ice on the ground, it will not work. Once pickup was refused because there was already a wheelchair on the van, and there was room only for one. But I understand that has been fixed with new model of van.

This is the worse program I've ever seen. It's been twice they have forgotten me and I've had to cancel two very important doctor appointments. When they didn't forget me they show up late to pick me which then I'm late for the doctor. It seems they just want the Maine care client. They must get paid better that way. They are very disrespect full they put me on hold 5 times and then hang up on me. The drivers are nice it seems to be the office people who are in charge of rides. They put a lot on the drivers plate do to pick ups. Its kinda cheap for rides but I will no longer use this service its
