Life can be an inspiring, energizing, connecting, and fulfilling experience. Enduring life on one's own can also be draining, hurtful, scary, and lonely. Therapy can be a way to effectively cope through life's valleys, find appreciation in our travels, as well as a way to create more enjoyable paths in life that a person wants to lead.

Everyone gets stuck on the journey of life at different points in time and seeks various types of guidance for their struggles. I have the utmost respect for the individual journey. Watching individuals grow and face challenges in an incredibly humbling process. Symptoms always serve a purpose that allows the individual to cope the best they know how at that point in their life.
