Not sure of property is owned by them or they manage fir owner but property not taking care of and expect visitors to worry about all issues from taking trash out from previous visitor, shower leak and wrong parts for head to stay on wall, boat dock features not usable, ant issues, leaking AC, bait freezer door not attached without warning and almost crushing foot, no yard maintenance and food left under kitchen table. Was told should of called as issues were found, just what I wanted to do on vacation!

You cannot go wrong contacting David Grego and his team. Within minutes of contacting his office, we were called by his assistant Carly who spoke with us for about 20 minutes to get a feel of what we were looking for in Marathon. From there David met us and spent an entire day driving us around showing us the properties and educating us about the area and the rental potential of the properties. You will love David Grego and the middle Keys.
