What is Holistic Nutrition? When we say that we focus on a holistic approach, this means addressing the body, the mind, the emotions, the heart and even the spirit. True wellness is so much more than having a healthy body. We can eat well and exercise, but if we are living chaotic, restless lives, how can we be at peace?

How can we fully recharge our batteries? It's so important to take time to slow down, to enjoy our families and the blessings in our lives, and to give thanks! According to the wise system of medicine, Ayurveda, when we are in harmony with our true and highest selves, we create health and when we are out of touch with our inner nature, we create disease.

Join us for our Summer Yoga Series! June - Jenna Sullivan will be leading a 4-session Deep Stretch Yoga series on Tuesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. Cost is $10 drop-in or $35 for all 4 sessions. July/August - Sydney Armistead will be leading a 4-session Yoga series on Tuesday mornings at 9:15 a.m. Classes take places at First United Methodist in the CEC (Griffin, GA).

I am a holistic nutritionist, yoga instructor and meditation teacher serving Spalding County, Gwinnett County, and surrounding areas from my sanctuary space located in downtown Griffin, and out of area/state clients via phone/zoom sessions.

I make it a priority to live a simple, heart centered, holistic life, which means that instead of focusing on just one part of health and wellbeing, I recognize that the body, the mind, and the emotions are all important components that work together to create health, vitality, and a peaceful life.

Working with Jenna was a blast. Knowledgeable and highly versatile, her nutritional programs are excellent. I was in need of a health program for my busy lifestyle and she created a program that was diverse and easy-to-follow. She is also a great listener and her in-person sessions feel more like meeting with a friend than a health coach. She is amazing!

I can't say enough good things about Jenna. She really helped me get out of a bad eating rut. I was feeling terrible, had low energy, was moody, had gained a bunch of weight and we developing skin issues. I did a elimination cleanse w/ Jenna. Within a few days a felt more energized and getting up in the morning was super easy. Most importantly, I learned how different foods effected my body, mood, and mind so I can make well informed decision on what I want to eat. I highly recommend Jenna Pritchard to anyone out there who is looking into finally caring for themselves, like me. I have taken Jenna’s yoga classes for approximately 2½ years, and the differences I see and feel in my mind and body are truly amazing. I had such bad lower back and neck pain that I couldn’t even raise my upper body when doing reverse swan dive, but you should see me now! I have known Jenna for a few months now. I have fibromyalgia, and I am trying to eat healthy and work out as much as possible to get fit, lose weight and control my pain. I started with Jenna doing private Yoga lessons, and discovered she is also very knowledgeable in holistic nutrition and the use of natural supplements. I began meeting Jenna for nutritional counseling as well as Yoga. I have enjoyed my nutrition sessions with her, and I always look forward to the Yoga sessions. I find her techniques for de-stressing and pushing through anxiety very helpful and I am able to use these techniques

I have nothing but praise for Jenna! I went through her 6 week Weight Loss Within program and it was so much more than a weight loss program! I learned ABOUT food and how different things I was and was not eating was affecting not just my weight but my moods as well. Jenna has also developed very doable nutrition plans for my 2 teenage daughters who were going through some physical issues like IBS. Jenna is so kind and compassionate!! I highly recommend her!!!
