Zach and the team worked on my wife’s Yukon after she was rear-ended. A single (after hours) phone call and they took it from there. Good communication from start to finish and the work and attention to detail were second-to-none! She couldn’t be happier with the repairs and having her vehicle back to looking new again! Will never go to or recommend anybody use. My wife hit a deer and took her car here to be repaired. They called her and said her car was repaired and ready to pick up. She picked it up and within a few miles noticed the car was pulling severely to one side. Jacobsen's failed to do an alignment to the car and told her to take it in for an alignment. When turning into the tire shop she noticed they didn't replace one of her turn signals. A week later the car is still making a growling sound and smells of coolant. Jacobsen's says it's her tires(they were just fine prior) and the water pump is leaking
