I've been using pest control companies for over 15 years. This was the first company that charges me $130 a quarter but refused to come inside to treat our house. I asked if that's b/c it is COVID-19, and they said no, they never treated the inside unless we saw problems inside the house. They claimed treating outside and not inside was just as good. Well, since it was COVID-19, I couldn't get anyone else to come, so we had Moyer do the quarterly. We've been using them for a year, but now we are seeing issues inside the house, yet they refused to fix it without charging me
