Do not go to this salon! I am really easy to please, but this place was just horrible. I went in on 08/26 for a shellac manicure. I had dip on my nails and I needed to get it soaked off. (Like every place should do) the tech used the electric drill to bring them down... I would've rather soaked them off but no big deal. Once they came off I asked the tech to not use the drill on my actual nails and she replied "only a little bit" and continued drilling. My nails are normally thick and healthy and she drilled them so much that they're breaking and my nail beds are in pain. On

For those with negative reviews, please give them another chance. Ask for Tom for any type of nails (powder dip, acrylic, etc). He is fabulous. I have followed him here from another salon. His work is impeccable. You won't be disappointed. His wife Phi does amazing pedicures. Wonderful massage on feet and legs. They are the best nail techs in town. Highly recommend. Five star. THE BEST!!!

Went in for a mani and pedicure the place is nice but my nails look like I did them.. I really can't to get my feet touched up and Rubbed being 9 months pregnant was well deserved this is only a few hours after service. Still a lot of skin left on my nails and the paint just looks like my 12 year old did it

Very disappointed! My nails look like I had them bit off and then tried make it better by sloppy painting them. I don't understand. And by feet feel super dry and rough.....they don't feel like I just left their salon. Not going back. And wouldn't recommend anyone waste their money. It's obvious the people that are working there don't know what they are doing.

I came in for a pink and white full set. Mimi said to get dip instead of gel or powder, so I did. Halfway through the service she kept being aggressive and rough with my hands. By the end I had 4 cuts which I'd never had at any other salon. She was very rude when I talked to anyone else she would interrupt to keep reminding me how the dip was better. I don't agree my nails look okay. I like gel/shellac more personally.
My biggest issue is she never apologized when she cut me even though it was 4 times.

It was not horrible but I would not return. The staff is friendly and the wait time was minimal. However the work done was mediocre. I got dip on my hands and a pedi. The nail technician did not know how to properly execute the dip powder that she added many layers and my nails are very thick. She attempted to think them out and they continue to be super thick, and lumpy looking. On my pedicure, the massage was nonexistent but it felt more like she was caressing my legs instead. Will not be returning.

The worst nail spa I have ever been to. I said I wanted acrylic and he said no dip is more natural do that. I said ok I trust you I picked the color I wanted becuase I had a job interview and wanted it to be natural. The color turned out to be completely different than the color I chose and was super sparkly and he didn't even offer to fix the problem he just acted like another customer needed to look at the color pallet so I didn't look at it and compare it anymore. Then they were super thick and I asked him to thin them out and he sarcastdid so by using a nail filer leaving them all
