Pell requires a 24-hour notification for a cancellation or rescheduling of ALL appointments. If less that 24-hour notice is given, for either a cancellation or reschedule, there will be a billing of a $35 office fee. By implementing this policy, it allows us to treat all of our patients with the utmost courtesy and professionalism.
