This rating is based off the whole experience not just one isolated incident. They showed up late and did not have the proper tools to wax and buff my boat....when that was the service I requested along with an interior detail. The interior detail on the boat was substandard and when I called to ask what they did it took them 4 days to get back to me. I asked where I could send pictures of the dirt they left and the spray that was never wiped up. They responded with will take $40 off, or come out and do it again. If you did it right in the first place you wouldn't have to come out again

These guys were amazing! They did fantastic work and were very friendly. I needed to have my car waxed and protected since summertime is approaching. They came to my work with everything they needed to wash and wax my car. They were done in about 25 minutes. I highly recommend this company! Very polite and professional!

This review is for the odor removal that Joel's offers. I did not get a full detail. I have a car I bought from a smoker. Their websites says "We can removal almost any smell from cat pee to spilled milk, and everything in between, I mean everything!" They were so positive on the phone that the odor would come out, I was so hopeful. When I called I was told that if I still smelled anything, they would come back a second time for free, which they did. Unfortunately, after two visits I have the same ashtray odor in the vehicle. They are willing to come back again for $30

Today was my first experience with Joel's mobile. I am impressed. They arrived on time and were neat and professional. Joel realizes that you don't send out people with neck tattoos dressed like they just got out of prison to a persons home or business. Attitude and appearance count. There was a slight misunderstanding (the error was mine) about what package they quoted. The service tech handled it with professionalism and competence.
They did a "complete detail" on my BMW Z4. It looks great. They did a wonderful job. I will definitely use them again and freely recommend

Joel has set up a great business here with extreme convenience, timeliness, and high quality detailing at a great price point. His guys spent about 2.5 hrs doing a full-on wash, clay bar, buff, polish, and wax on my BMW 135i. These guys were great, and the car came out looking immculate - they even got out some mared areas and water marks that past "professional detailers" missed. Will definitely be going back to these guys!
