Joel came highly recommended from our realtor, and we could not be more pleased with his service. During a time where many lawyers and firms are inundated with closings, Joel was always accessible and just a phone call away. He worked well with our lender and title company to get all of the contracts and paperwork squared away well in advance of the closing. On the day of closing, Joel was early to the appointment and walked us through all the documents. His rate is reasonable and well worth the service he provides- thank you Joel!

Joel Furst was my attorney buying the house. The price for the service was reasonable and reviews were good, so he was my first choice. Unfortunately my experience was very bad. The communication via emails between various parties and my attorney were bad and the emails were often unanswered. The closing date was rescheduled twice because of him not getting all the paperwork together. The seller almost canceled the deal, if it was not for my real estate broker. Yes, he picked up the phone most of the time when I called to follow up on the email he didn't respond to but most of the time he asked

Joel was a joy to work with! He always answers my calls, calls me to give me an up to date updates on my case, and most importantly, Joel is always positive, calm and makes the work pure enjoyment. Joel also went extra step (it wasn’t required of him), and he voluntarily won additional benefits for us during out home purchase inspection negotiations. I used Joel Furst a few months ago. He was referred to me by my real estate person. He started out great, sounded very professional and competent and I was excited. I soon found out that he was unresponsive and not up to speed with my case.
