In December 2021, I paid Nuleaf Tree Services in full to remove a large tree and bushes and to grind the stumps at our Brownsburg home. Zach accepted full payment and said he would return to grind the stumps. Now more than a month later he hasn't returned to finish the job and hasn't responded to my repeated messages to him; on his website contact page, his cell phone where I left a voice mail, or from his gmail by which I've also sent him a message. I am very disappointed and may take him to small claims court for breach of contract.
