Some of the staff in the jewelry dept are helpful some are not. Their warranty on their jewelry is weak. 1 yr after purchase they will tighten stones.. after that they charge $35-$55 to do it on jewelry they placed the stones in!?! I've never heard of such a weak warranty on jewelry that was mounted in the store you purchased it in.

I bought a diamond ring from them. They even sized my ring at the same time. Even they have to stay over but they took care of it. Very cooperative and reliable. Definitely buy more from Weber Jewellery. I think they have more beautiful collection than Kay and Zales. Excellent birthstone variety. Designs r very pretty and unique.
