Ashley did a fantastic job of marketing the property and brought multiple offers over list price and her team of professional photographers did a great job of showcasing the property, both inside and out, including the use of aerial photography.
During negotiations on the house her professional experience helped us negotiate and renegotiate several sticking points, including taking an FHA appraiser to task for not using proper comparable properties on the appraisal.

Ashely was amazing helping my husband and I find our first home. She knew the good areas to look in the cities we were looking at, she did a good job sending us homes based on what we were looking for, and she was with us every step of the process.
