Please do not give yourself the trouble of hiring and paying for this company. Theo claims to provide excellent lawn care service but in reality provides average lawn care. He needed a reminder to please edge the walkway from time to time despite significant overgrowth. During the winter months he started skipping coming twice a month thinking he could get away with charging me for two times when he only came once monthly. He got irritated when I asked for the dates he came so I could check the security cameras. This is dishonest. I always pay for the work done even if I’m not totally pleased

Theo’s did an excellent job of cleaning up an overgrown lawn with an abundance of leaves. He also did it with only a few days notice. We were moving and simply didn’t have time to deal with the lawn. Lawn was cut, bushes trimmed and leaves were collected or mulched. Great job! Thank you. I’d definitely use Theo’s again and would recommend to anyone in Gainesville area.

This is a great story. I wanted to surprise a colleague who broke his lawnmower that he got for his birthday and had to go out of town by having his yard professionally done. I reached out to Theo and his team and they were amazing to work with start to finish. Super responsive, amazing work, sent me completed pics and tremendous follow up. This is definitely a first class operation. So give them a call, it was great working with people you could count on to get the job done and also get the job done right.

Wow, what an incredible job by Theo's Lawn Maintenance! I received his name from another reputable company (as he serviced the area I need help with) and he responded within the hour and had the job completed within a few days and the yard now looks gorgeous! The grass and weeds had.gotten so high as the occupant was clearly not tending to the yard.
