Since that time we've expanded our range of services due to client demand. Pro Clean is a Soft Wash Roof and Exterior Cleaning company. Pro clean Exteriors was started in 2014 by Rick Fairbanks in response to the need of custom homeowners needing quality exterior maintenance done on their properties. From the late 70's thru early 90's The Fairbanks Company was one of the upstate's premier custom home builders.
Pro Clean offers a variety of commercial exterior cleaning services to bring your property back into it's prime condition. First impressions are everything. Many of our Special Services also apply to commercial. A doctor's office or a warehouse, they all get dirty at some point in time. Since this is often the first impression and interaction that your customer has with you, it's critical to put your best foot forward.
Pro Clean offers a variety of residential exterior cleaning services to bring your property back into it's prime condition. Many homeowners are unaware that their roof can be cleaned and made to look like new again. Asphalt shingles, tile, cedar or slate can all be cleaned to add years to your roof's life, not to mention enhance it's appearance.
Special situations call for special services. Sometimes these are regularly serviced problems, while others may be a one time problem that needs to be taken care of. Rick was very quick to respond to my inquiry and came out to my house the next day to give me a quote for pressure washing the exterior of my house. The price was very reasonable. I ended up adding on doing the concrete as well. He ended up getting the job done the next day...quicker than promised. The quality of the work was excellent. I know that he spent some extra effort and time to make sure everything was spotless.
