Founded in 2011, CURA pharmacy has a physical location at Santa Ana - Tustin Medical Pavilion in Orange County, California.

Services
We understand the importance of transitional care from inpatient to outpatient setting. For more than 7 years, CURA's expedient and professional services have been entrusted by local hospitals to deliver medications to patients to ensure continuation of therapy at home. At CURA Pharmacy, we work hard to eliminate any administrative difficulties placed on physicians when they prescribe a specialty medication to a patient.
At CURA, serving patients with excellence is our goal. It is a privilege for us to provide you with all of your pharmaceutical needs. We help patients seeking financial assistance to reduce copay where possible, assist with insurance prior authorization and provide medication mail and delivery services.

I've been their loyal customer for years. Even after I moved, I still stay with them. Cause they pay great attention and details to my prescriptions and profile. The staffs know my name and the pharmacists know what meds I'm on and what I want. I told them to mail my refrigerated meds on certain days only and they always customize my needs. You'll never find another pharmacy that takes so much time in precision and accuracy in their patients' meds. They will help call my doctors office before I ran out of refills. They know which doctor office to call and always get it right

All the staff here are very professional and attentive. Ashley helped me with my special medication and informed me how expensive it was and asked me to reconsider another option instead of just charge me for it. Saved me so much money!! Matthew also helped me on the phone who was very helpful and efficient.

I've been a customer for about a year. Each month, the pharmacy sends me a package of medication to my home. About a week ago, due to the extra packages I received, I called the pharmacy and instructed the female staffer not to send any package until I call. She said she made a note about that on my file. Today, another package was placed by my front door. I called the pharmacy again and, to my surprise, the male staffer told me there was no note whatsoever on my file. The pharmacy staff is very unprofessional.

Absolutely an incredible team. My wife and I were referred to Cura Pharmacy by UCI Hospital. I have a complicated long list of prescriptions that required a ton of coordination w the docs and insurance. They did it all in record time, even were able to get an expensive prescription covered that had been denied prior.
More than that, they were great people, friendly, helpful and worked hard on my behalf. They can even ship directly to your home for you.
I've since moved all my prescriptions to Cura and they have a new customer for life. Thanks ladies! We appreciate you all.

I never heard of this pharmacy until the case worker at the hospital forwarded my husband's prescription there after CVS did not know how to get it approved by our insurance. Pharmacy tech Tu worked diligently to help me get the prescription so my husband could be released from the hospital that night. Our insurance company was closed for pre-authorizations, but she somehow got the price reduced so I could get the medicine. They contacted our insurance the next day and got it approved. We were then refunded the price difference of our copay vs what I paid that night.

If I Could give this pharmacy more than 5 stars I would I recently had a prescription transferred over that my old pharmacy could not get approved under my insurance , it's been over a year still was unable to get it covered ! Not only did Cura pharmacy get it approved in one day , but they offered delivery! Their customer service is amazing, I wish every pharmacy went above and beyond for the customer as they do.

A doctor that my partner sees prefers this pharmacy and sends things here regardless of what we ask. It doesn't seem to me like they do anything that any other pharmacy doesn't. The Dr. said something about them being better at getting things cleared with your insurance than other pharmacies but I haven't seen any evidence of that -- when we had a hard time dealing with them we went elsewhere and had 0 problems with insurance for those prescriptions.
They have much more limited hours (not open on the weekend) than any other pharmacy I've used in the area and the staff seem

This review is long overdue. Awhile back when I worked at a physician's office, I noticed that CURA's name often came up in conversations and they often got rave remarks from the staff. As I worked there longer, I understood why this pharmacy is so well loved. They always follow through. One time, one of us phoned in a prescription to a mail-order pharmacy, and was promised the medication will be shipped the next day overnight to the patient. Two days later, our patient never received the drug. When we called the mail-order pharmacy, there was no record that the first phone call occurred
