A comprehensive dental exam will be performed by your dentist at your initial dental visit. As always, great care and attention to my dental health. I have had quite a history of dental problems. Molly did a great job cleaning my teeth and addressing any issues I was concerned about. I'm so very grateful to Dr.Pinkston and his staff for working so hard to get me in and resolve my tooth pain. It was such sudden onset but within hours the offending tooth was removed, bone graft placed and on my way to an implant in a few months, Lord willing. I was never made to feel that they were too busy or that it was any bother at all. That's what I so appreciate about Pinkston Dental, you are treated like family every day of the week. I've been w/ Pinkston Dental for several years and very pleased and recommend it. Why? Administration very professional and friendly. Dental assistants very kind, helpful and concerned with your issue and immediately make you feel comfortable. The dentist Dr. Pinkston immediately makes you feel at ease. I've always been nervous w/ dentists but no more. Now for the hygienists: They always meet me with a grin, make me feel welcome with an immediate assurance of calmness and I'm always pleased. Icing on the cake: last night at dinner my veneer on my front tooth (20 years in place) dropped off. Early

I had an issue with a cavity a few years back that was still sensitive after a filling. Dr. Pinkston refilled the cavity twice with no luck getting the pain and sensitivity to go away. I was and still am unsure what the issue was/is. I still have sensitivity issues years later. He couldn’t explain what it was either.
Quite frankly the customer service was just awful dealing with him. The vibe I got from him was that it was not his problem and he didn’t have time to try and fix it again. Although the issue is not related - I suggested a discounted teeth whitening to help smooth over the poor

I cannot say enough good things about Pinkston Dental. I was not their patient, but had a very painful toothache. I called them and they got me right in, fixed the problem and did it with such care and concern. The whole staff was great. I have already recommended them to several friends.
