I worked with Karl throughout most of 2021 to purchase our home. Our situation was a bit unique and tricky to handle, but Karl was there for us every step of the way and handled things like a true professional. From the first meeting at which we were apprised in detail about the process of selling an Estate Property, to the closing of the sale, Karl communicated frequently and answered all my calls and e-mails in a timely manner. He was very helpful in assisting with the hiring of the necessary people to dispose of goods, prepare the house for optimal viewing and seeing to the details related to required safety features.
