It's been 28 years since I learned to give Botox treatments, 26 years since I trained to perform eyelid surgeries, and 11 years since I switched from sculpting clay to sculpting faces. Crow's feet and frown lines are especially common in Honolulu due to squinting in the strong Hawaiian sun. The muscles around the eyes that cause frown lines and crow's feet also pull the brows down. When Botox relaxes the wrinkle muscles, it also prevents those muscles from pulling the brows down, allowing the opposing muscles to raise the brows, resulting in a "Botox Brow Lift"!.

On August 25th/2021, I paid for a cosmetic procedure with Melanie Tantisira,MD. The cosmetic procedure was Instalift. I had the procedure, and after the follow-ups, the physician told me she would re-do the eyebrow lift because it did not work at all. On the day of the eyebrow lift second time (October 19th), she sold me fillers. Melaine Tantisira, MD applied the filler on the same day I had the eyebrow Instalift. UPDATE: One year later, I have a scar from a non-surgical procedure from this doctor. Before and during the process, she said ALL issues will eventually resolve. When bringing up the darkened area weeks after, she was belittling by saying, "We have to be adults and be patient." I believe one year is being patient enough. Now, I am left with a 2 inch scar in the middle of my face, that concealer doesn't even cover adequately. Her lightening cream, with the crumpled, taped on label doesn't work on it either. I'd rather have the original problem I went to her for.

I had a wonderful experience from start to finish!The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable about the various treatment options and Dr. Tantisira took her time to determine what would be the best treatments for me personally. Best eye & Med Spa Dr ever. I only trust Dr Tanisira to achieve the results I'm looking for. I had to move back to Cali and went to 5 other med spas and they could not do what Dr T does. Her products are potent, she is skilled, personable and has an artistic eye. She is able to lift lids, get tear trough and stubborn crows feet.

Not every ophthalmologist would’ve been able to detect my glaucoma because the Lasik procedure I had decades ago renders deceptively low eye pressure readings.
But in 2012, Dr. Tantisira noticed an upward trend in my eye pressure and ordered further testing. She was on point - the tests revealed irreversible damage to my optic nerve.
In the ensuing years, Dr. Tanitisira and I have tried a vast array of glaucoma eye drops. We do side by side comparisons of various iterations of the different classes of glaucoma medications.
This requires compliance

I deeply regret allowing her to continue trying to fix the procedure I received from her on my eyes. Done about 5 years ago, I still continue to have lasting scars and the worse looking affect on my eyes. I am ashamed to say that I trusted her effort but now know her credentials were not sufficient. Indicated as being an ophthalmologist, I don't believe she has the "plastic surgery" knowledge necessary for this sensitive area. My bruised eyes lasted months with scars from the repeated injection sites, and yet she wanted to add more "filling" with additional cost! Second

I woke up with pain behind my eye which was frightening in itself, but Dr Tantisira told me to come in right away. She and her staff were very sympathetic and professional and her treatment was exactly what I needed. I wouldn't think of going to another eye doctor now. Neither should you. If you need eye care, go see her. You will be glad you did.

I have been seeing Dr. Tantisira for several years now. Initially I went to see her for the fractional CO2 laser. Not even fully understanding it's true benefits. Of course I was so happy with the way I "looked". I looked so much younger! Then I went in for some Botox and fillers. Again I was thrilled with my results. A couple years have gone by and 50 is around the corner. Reality is setting in. I was diagnosed with basal cell skin cancer. And I have severe dry eye. She is an amazing eye doctor along with her other talents of skin care. I ended up needing my tear ducts cauterized

I got my tear troughs filled in with Restylane filler and the results are amazing! I no longer look exhausted all the time and I'm very happy with the results. Dr. Tantisira and her assistant were very patient with me when I freaked out due to my phobia of needles, and they even got water and candy for me to help my anxiety.
The procedure wasnt painful and downtime was minimal- just a little

I'd like to share my kybella experience. I was skeptical at first but I really wanted to get rid of my double chin. After consulting with Dr. Tantisira, she thoroughly explained in detail how she was going to do the procedure. I was truly amazed with this technique that she used with the novacaine in the numbing process also. What I thought was going to be painful due to the fact it was under my chin...was PAINLESS with this new technique! I would definitely recommend this. Since I've been with Dr. Tantisira I have gotten Botox, Restylane, Dysport, and had Blepharoplasty surgery done
