I was in dire need of new contacts to hold me over until my appointment with them bc they couldn't get me in earlier. I asked to PURCHASE a trial pair to hold me over, but they said they would only allow me to purchase a 90 pack (of my old prescription) when I had an appointment in 2 weeks. If you wear contacts, this is unheard of and CLEARLY A SCAM. I went to them faithfully for over 10 years, and now I will never go back. Terrible customer service. Now just like every other doctors office trying to rip you off.

Dr. Siestra was my doctor for a long time and he was a fantastic optometrist, but since he has left the practice I have been unimpressed with the institution as a whole. Whenever I go there, I now feel like they are nickel and diming for each service and all they care about is the money I provide them not me as a patient. $60 for the eye exam, $60 for looking at my glasses (not changing them), $60 for looking at my contacts. My eyes haven't changed in 3 years and they don't recommend that I get Lasik eye surgery until I am 30 (I am 24). When I was 18, that number was 25 while I have friends

My daughter, 7 years old, was telling me when she reads that the words look blurry and SHE NEEDS GLASSES. We where recommended to Dr Greenfield and he saw what she was doing right away! She was purposely trying to fail her eye exam to get "pink and purple glasses with sparkles". Instead she got "magic eye drops" to use for a week. I am super picky on eye doctors, since I have an eye injury, and Dr Greenfield passed with flying colors. He also gets me as a client now too since he specializes in eye injuries and low vision! Thank you Dr Greenfield!

All the staff I encountered were friendly and professional. My appointment was on time (no waiting!) and efficient. My exam was thorough with immediate results that the doctor explained and made sure I understood. Very good experience! I may or may not purchase eyeglasses there but they didn't pressure me to do that which I appreciate.

Great all around experience with very knowledgeable, friendly, and courteous people.When I leave there, I know where I am with my eyesight and how much it has changed. There is no pressure to buy anything and it is easy to make an appointment. I would recommend this place to anyone for your eye needs. :)

The Eye Doctor staff is second to none. From the time I checked in, to walking out of their office, the staff was polite, friendly, and upbeat. Brandi was amazing explaining my insurance coverage, as well as (honestly) recommending me a new pair of glasses; while adhering to my cost concerns. She made the whole situation time efficient for me, as well an displayed an authentic concern towards my financial and aesthetic needs. And, it took the eye technician one time to adjust my glasses. #5starbusiness
