I am a new patient of Dr. Petroff as of today, and I couldn't be more thrilled with my choice of dentist. I moved a few years ago and wanted a dentist closer to my current home, and after sifting through Google reviews, I landed on Dr. Petroff. Very sad. I have been a client for awhile. Broke a tooth and by the time I was offered an appointment, it was one day shy of 2 weeks.
Just wondering how the dentist or front desk person would like waiting 2 weeks being uncomfortable? Perhaps the move into a fancy amazing office and too many patients forced them to demonstrate an uncaring attitude? Disappointed because they were 5 star for routine care.

I’ve been a patient of Dr. Petroff for many years. She is honest, trustworthy and an all round fantastic dentist. Denise at the front desk and Amy, my hygienist are always friendly and have been staples in the office since I began going there. The office is modern and very clean. I would highly recommend Dr. Petroff for all your dental needs.

Wonderful experience, very thorough and detailed. Really feel like they have a comprehensive plan for your oral health. They do not lecture you and treat you with respect. I hadn't had a cleaning in a couple years and I know they had their work cut out for them but they never made me feel bad about it in any way.

What a great office! Everyone is so friendly and welcoming, the office is always very clean and neat. Dr Petroff does such an amazing job making her patients feel comfortable and is very thorough. Dr. Petroff and her hygienist Georgie are wonderful with my son, they explain everything they do, let him touch and feel and show him everything before working on him. We always look forward to our visits!

I love my dentist and her fabulous staff! Incredibly enough I always look forward to my appointment because they do such a wonderful and professional job of taking care of me and my chompers all the while being fun, approachable and willing to answer any questions I might have. I have been going to Dr. Petroff since 2005 when I first moved back to the Cleveland area. I had not had the benefit of good dentistry for a long, long, time, frankly because it didn't exist where I was living. After my initial exam, Dr. Petroff sat down with me and as gently as she could, gave me all the bad news. I was in shock but she told me we would start with the worst things and move on from there. She also said she would work wirh me on the financial aspect of all this bad news. Because I had no dental insurance she worked out a payment schedule I could manage which was great. Dr

Every time I go here it's such a great experience and they are so reasonably priced! They are the MOST professional amazing dentists I've ever been to. They saved me like $10,000 which another local dentist in Richfield had quoted me. DEFINITELY try them, you wont be disappointed. They explain everything in detail, they're awesome with my kids - going to the dentist is oddly a pleasure with this place!

I'm blown away ever time I come here. They somehow make even my children relaxed during fillings. Absolutely recommend for adults and kids. They're staff is all so friendly and professional. I haven't had Dr. Petroff as my dentist for too long, but she makes it seem like we have known each other forever. She is very personable and always makes an effort to remember important things about each of her patients. Along with that, she is also surrounded by an awesome staff of fabulous women. I recently had a dental appointment with Dr Petroff-i was looking for a new dentist, and Dr Petroff was recommended. I absolutely loved everything about my experience at her office. The entire staff is professional, friendly, and very easy to talk to. The state of the art equipment used by her practice, the cleanliness, and the pleasant experience makes going to the dentist an entirely stress free experience!

Dr Petroff has been an excellent choice for me in dentistry, as I have had many experiences in 47 years and not always good! She is also fantastic as a person; also have been so impressed with her strong support in the surrounding communities.
The staff is always incredibly professional and they really go out of their way to make going to the dentist a good experience.

The friendly faces and smiles go above and beyond at every visit. The patience and care with my children has been amazing. They never complain about going to the dentist. In fact they look forward to it because of the awesome "treasure chest". There is also extra attention to the small details of dental care that do not get passed over by the staff. Heather is great. Wonderful bed/chair side manner, takes the time to explain every procedure, and shoots it to you straight. I was recently facing a more complicated tooth issue, and she explained 2 treatment options, the pros and cons for each in a very neutral manner, then gave me her final recommendation, which was the less invasive, less expensive option.
