Poor customer service! I wish I never gave this man any business. Ignores all text messages when it comes to asking about my sign that was paid for in full. Took him 3.5 months to put my sign up. He never installed lights in my sign. Excuse after excuse when dealing with this man. I Was suppose to get reimbursed $2000 from the grant program and was no longer eligible bc he took too long to install the sign and put a used sign box knowing I needed a new sign box when going through the grant program. Would never recommend anyone to do business with this man.

HORRIBLE customer service, RUDE, COMBATIVE and completely unprofessional.... they built my sign a year ago but now the leds are out so my sign is out and looks like im closed for business. I called the owner and explained my situation however he as rude and very aggressive right away and thus is after he has blown me off for weeks mind you, needless to say STAY AWAY, POOR QUALITY, TERRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE, THEY DON'T CARE ABOUT THE CUSTOMERS NEEDS...GO ELSEWHERE.

Guys very unprofessional. Has owed his hard working employees a lot of money that he refuses to pay after service. He hit me in the face with a tool for going in requested my pay. I went in to talk business came out with a huge cut on my face. This guy has done so many business wrong and including his past employees. Having only few employees speaks volume. Beware if he does any work for u just know that he won't come tru on his promises
