NEVER DO BUSINESS WITH HOT SPRINGS OR LITTLE ROCK!!
I have never had such a hard time getting a company to take my money.
I had ordered a chair 2 months ago with a delivery date in mid December due to a 4-6 month delay on orders. This delivery date was put on my receipt. This date came from Little Rock (Katie) when they were called to see if they had the chair on their showroom floor. They did not according to Katie
Called today(spoke with the manger Ben) to check on the throw pillows ordered months ago but we're never really ordered, so last month we recorded them(to go with the chair) that

We had a great experience and a wonderful sales person, James! We were so excited to get our new furniture. Communication is not great. We were told we would have our furniture delivered Monday or Tuesday. I called on Wednesday to see what was going on and was told they would be there Thursday. They did show up Thursday and were very fast and efficient. I also bought an entertainment console and was told it would be in the following week, a month later no entertainment console and no return call to let me know what is going on. I’ve called 3 times. Going to get my money back tomorrow.
