We were on our way to Hatfield and McCoy trails to go 4 wheeling when the coupler on my trailer broke off, they towed our trailer and repaired it all in the same day ( they even stayed late to help us ), My friends and I can not thank them enough, they saved our vacation and we are very grateful, highly recommend them. Thank you !!!

They got delayed on a big wreck on I-81 but kept me updated with new ETAs. Driver was kind, courteous, & professional. Did what he had to to make the whole experience easier on me. Bill was exactly what they quoted me, there were no extras or hidden charges. Hope I don't have to but will call them again if I need to!

I was traveling in my class C RV when my wheel lugs came off and I was broken down. They came out with a flat bed tractor trailer and the amazing driver managed to get the RV on even though the wheels were about to fall off.
They transported me and my RV to
Barnes truck and trailer repair.
It took 3 guys, 2 of which were from Wrenches & Wreckers, an hour to get the RV off with damaging anything.
Truly an amazing dedicated group of people who are there to help and support people in time of crisis.

We called a towing company to come tow my car to a dealership located about 30 miles out. I did not have a key and the parking break was on, which i had advised the company prior to them sending someone out. Well much to my surprise they sent someone who was new and inexperienced. She wanted to drag my car without any materials to do so! I said no way and sent her on her way. Thats when we called wrenches & wreckers. They are professional, timely and when the driver Nathaniel got here, I Could automatically tell right away that hes been doing this for years! He handled my car amazingly and even

Yeah they got us out, but absolutely the worse service you can find. From the dispatcher all the way up to the owner. If you have to wait on them or someone else, go ahead and tell these guys not to show. Cause you will leave unstuck but pissed off. Get some better customer service, when we are the people paying your mortgages and feeding your children for you.

Martinsburg, a beautiful town with a horrendous blemish, and that blemish is Wrenches and Wreckers. The staff were playing computer games on our arrival and thought their game was more important than costumer satisfaction. There were hidden fees that caused the price to go higher and higher the more we conversed. An awful business with an awful staff and awful prices. Very displeased. One star.
