When I called, he seemed quite rude and dismissive and wrote me off simply because in his words, I do 99% commercial” which is ironic because I happen to be calling on behalf of a business. I got straight to the point and all I said was “I needed an estimate for a sliding glass door” He also said he’s booked like a week out, which the other places I called are also booked for the next two weeks, but it was also the way he said it. Really didn’t enjoy that engagement at all. Welp, Onto the next

Super quick and efficient team. Our storefront door was catching a little on the threshold. I called San Diego Glass & Door, agreed to a fixed price, and they came out the next day and fixed it in about 10 minutes. It's been a couple of months now and everything is still working great! Thanks!

Called about glass only orders and said only commercial and literally just hung up on me before I got to finish my sentence, if the business is ran how the phones are handled then they still have much to learn about basic customer service.

I have used San Diego Glass & Door twice at my place of business (storage facility) for their services. Not only were they MUCH less expensive than the competition around, but Kenny and Ed were very knowledgeable and friendly. We had work done on magnetic doors which are very hard to find ANYONE who knows what they heck they are doing or even willing to do the job.

Superstars. We had a break-in while we were out of town. My mother in-law came home and freaked out. Ed, the owner sent his son Kenny out after hours during this Emergency and boarded up the sliding glass door they broke in to. Thank you guys!
