First and foremost, we are your Technical Advocate. That means that even if there is something we cannot do, we will advocate on your behalf and work with whomever it takes to get the job done for you. We know that dealing with support staff (including us, of course) is premised on the idea that a problem has occurred and needs fixing.

We aim to be efficient in the use of not only your time but ours, and to take the often confusing mess of support calls out of the picture for you. More than just being your Technical Advocates, we also provide a large number of services to our clients. General computer assistance is a major part of what we do.
