Some of the rudest staff I have ever came in contact with. I called to inquire information on services and to plan on a time for me to go in in preparation for the death of a loved one. The man who answered the phone was more worried about getting out of there than helping me. He literally hung up on me in mid-sentence. So to him, change your profession.
