Very unprofessional very unresponsive have not called me once to check in about the case failed to contact the witness who was on scene until 6 months after the accident so therefore the witness forgot pretty much what was going on and could not have be no help but only due to the fact that the lawyer did not call them, they have not gave not one update call in the past year and a half of having our case talk to them 8 months ago they said that our case was going into litigation now it's 8 months later still it's the same process so I just feel like they put my case on hold or did not put it in

Nothing is like it use to be, but one thing will never change, people won't remember what you said or what you did; but how you make them feel. When I've called the law office, the receptionist is very unprofessional..."Law offices" - no good morning or afternoon, no, thank you for calling or closure at the end of the call. I asked for one attorney and instead of saying, "I'm sorry, that attorney isn't in; would you like to speak to someone else?" I'm transferred without being informed
