Could not be happier with my new flooring! Matt was super helpful with the measuring and estimate. Chris and Clayton did meticulous work. This has been a fantastic experience!! Highly recommend.

These folks are great! They take a lot of pride in what they do and it shows. Their employees are kind and respectful. They put our furniture right back where it was when they started and even plugged back in the electronics that they had to move to install the carpet. We're very happy with our new carpet and would recommend them to anyone who needs any type of flooring.

Premier does a wonderful job from start to finish... most importantly the floors are expertly installed and they do a timely, neat job! Nice people to work with. My last floors from them lasted forever! Very well done!

We love Premier carpets! They have installed carpet and tile flooring for us over the years, and we have been thoroughly satisfied. Their technicians are always professional and friendly, and they do beautiful work. This is our go-to carpet store!

I must say, that this was an experienced that my wife an I enjoyed. We went into the store and talked with a sweet lady, (pretty red hair) an i can't even think of her name at this moment.
She was so down to earth and helpful. This place has an enormous amount of selections to choose from, pertaining to your carpet and hardwood floor needs.
Chuck came out an gave us measurements so we would know what we'd be paying.
I'd highly recommend this place!!!

My dog ate a hole in the floor. Chuck was very responsive and had Chris come out promptly. Chris did a FABULOUS job at patching and blending the carpet. I dunno what happened in that other review, but I got great service.

Stay as far away from this place as possible!! Completely incompetent and unprofessional. They installed our flooring and had to come back and redo it 3 more times because it kept coming apart. On the last trip, the "installers" destroyed our baseboards and shoe molding. Premiere ,or rather the manager Chuck, refused to take responsibility for it claiming he had already been to my house too many times and was losing money. We had it fixed and presented them the bill and has still not been taken care of. It will now come out of my pocket. Never again will I give them any business!
