Services
Application One: This is a dry, slow release fertilizer with pre-emergent herbicide. This product is applied in Spring. It promotes plant growth, green-up, and prevents the germination of some weeds including crabgrass. Application Three: This is a dry slow-release fertilizer that is applied in mid summer.
When should I water my lawn? Early morning is the best time to water. Turf needs 1 to 1-1/2 inches of water applied per week. Use a rain gauge to measure and adjust amount of irrigation as needed. Lawns growing in clay soils need to be watered once per week, while lawns growing in sandy soils need two applications per week.
We are thrilled to have found Gibbs Lawn. We have a heavily shaded back yard that has lots of bare spots and some areas with grass and weeds. Cathy (of Gibbs Lawn) came to look at our yard and upon seeing the backyard said, 'This is a great backyard. It's perfect for landscaping.' We decided to give Gibbs Lawn a try and see what could be done with our backyard.

This is a dreadful company. They guarantee to come back if you have weeds. I have called, left messages, emails over 10 times. The weeds are green and flourishing. I told them to call me or cancel me. They showed up and treated my lawn and billed me. I called and left a message that I will not pay until they call. No response for over a month.
I have used them for 30 years and the last 3 they have been horrible.
I will never use them again

We used Gibbs in the past and the gal who calls for reminders is very rude! Then would not show up on day they were suppose too. We paid for extra things for the yard and it didn’t do a thing. There product they used which was suppose to be organic burned my dogs skin so bad. Horrible customer service and workers always left my fence gates open.

If I could give negative stars I would give a negative 5!!! Two weeks before our daughters graduation party last summer they came out to treat our lawn and burnt all the grass in the front and back from over using chemicals. To make a long story short, a year later and it is still not resolved and there seems to be no interest in taking care of the problem. It is now going to cost us a lot to get it all fixed and a whole year. I don't think we want them near our yard to fix it as we don't trust them. Not only that but the customer service was just as bad as what they did to our yard. Stay as far

Stop taking credit for other people's work! These guys keep leaving signs on the lawns of our buildings stating "Lawn Professionally Serviced Today By: Gibbs Lawn & Landscape". We do the landscaping for the buildings using our own internal crew. The guys are getting pretty annoyed by this company using our work to promote themselves.
Long story short, if you see a property with decent landscaping and see their sign, chances are they may not have even done it!

We wanted to give Gibb's an opportunity to service us. From day one it has not gone smoothly. Each time I called they were disorganized and our experience has been one negative experience after another. First, our bank account got charged $500+ twice for their yard care, then, their spring clean-up was lacking. They did not take the dead heads off our perennials, our hydrangea tree and the area under all of our pine trees was not cleaned. I called to complain and was told it would get taken care of. I asked for an estimate on having some additional work done and was told I'd receive an estimate
