I had a terrible experience with Clarity when I was a teenager but decided to give them a second chance. I told my counselor my concerns with coming back and she reassured me things would be different. What a joke that was. I was only spoke with over the phone ONCE then told my appointment was canceled and rescheduled but then it was never rescheduled for whatever reason. So I rescheduled it again and double checked I everything was okay. This process repeated for 4 months until I freaked out and yelled at the receptionist(I know I shouldn’t have freaked on them but I was upset). Now they won’t

Honestly if I could rate this with a zero I would. In this area it’s hard to find therapists in an age group that can relate to a millennial. Several times they wouldn’t answer the phone and I had to stop over in person. Every time I went over they kept pushing me to see a 66 year old man in which I will never relate to. Finally was able to see someone my age after several attempts. Just for them to tell me there going to stick me with the older gentleman again. After I called them 5 times wondering what was going on.

I’ve dealt with this counseling center for about a year now. When I first joined, everything seemed fine. As my visits continued, I very quickly grew unimpressed by my first counselors inability to remember anything about me. Every session I would have to answer the same questions more or less, just for her to do nothing with this information. When she had officially come to an opinion/diagnosis, it seems none of this information found its way to the doctor. If i could put less stars i would.. went in for an intake 5 friggin years ago during the height of my mental issues, just falsely accused by police do to my looks in the midst of a huge uphill legal battle, only to get a 2 minuet intake in which Dr.Chadrhy judged me on my looks cut me off in the middle of explaining my situation only to say "just look at you, you look like your going to sell my drugs' which is the friggin reason im there! to get over judgment issues and personal issues and he goes and slanders me. h will absolutely NOT amend my records, so now im going to pursue suit for slander

I had the most traumatic, horrifying experience at this sad excuse for a rehabilitation center. The counselor showed no sympathy or empathy and was sending personal e-mails while deceitfully claiming that she was completing my "intake interview" on her computer. I had to fight, tooth-and-nail, for the counselor to just hear what I was saying instead of writing me off as unstable and shipping me off to the hospital so that she didn't have to deal with me. I'm completely disgusted with this establishment, their lack of professionalism and their inability to REHABILITATE PEOPLE. I write this review
