I would like to start by saying I have NEVER taken the time to write a review but I feel like I need to share our experience. We called Alvetro for a consult for our oldest boy and had our first meeting with the Tipp city office. We were very excited to start the process as we felt they were a very professional/friendly orthodontist! Alvetro recommended that we schedule with an oral surgeon as my boy has a supernumerary (extra tooth) that they wanted clarification on before starting procedure. My son and daughter received braces from Dr. Lisa Alvetro. Both experiences were awesome, so I decided it was time for me to get adult braces to fix a problematic cross bite that had developed over four decades after having teenage braces. I loved Alvetro Orthodontist!! I always had Kelly Ramey and she was super nice!! She always explained what they were doing so I knew what to expect!! Dr. Alvetro was also always super nice!! They did such a good job with my teeth, I am soo happy with the results!! They were always on time, I never had to wait but a few minutes to be seen!! An added bonus was that their decorations were sweet!!

I love the staff at Alvetro Orthodontics. When I walk in for my appointment they also ask me how I am doing and how my week has been. They always make me laugh and smile. The day when I got my braces on they explained everything they were going to do before they did it, which I love. When I wear my Alvetro shirt I get points on me reward card so that I can get prizes, and they have some cool prizes. At the end of the orthodontics appointment I always get a cookie! I would recommend going to the Tipp City Alvetro because they are a very good orthodontics!!!

The staff at Alvetro Orthodontics are always cheerful and upbeat making all patients, no matter the age, feel comfortable. The early morning appointments make it easier for working parents to get children in before work or school and even better, appointments are never delayed. I like that there are 2 different offices. I have recommended the Tipp City office to many people in Darke County and will continue to do so.
