I have had nothing but a completely hard time trying to get anyone on the phone since my wreck. It's been 9 days.
I verified 4 times, and gave my consent. 4 times, to get my car towed from the tow yard to the collision shop. Now, again my insurance company and I are both trying to contact you for the charges. Will that take another 9 days? I'll be out of my rental by then. Thanks for your top notch service.

Teague used a service called RoadSync for billing. RoadSynch charged $20 more than agreed upon price. I had to call Teague Towing directly and tell them I would not pay the extra $20. The folks at Teague said I could mail them the amount. Thanks for that! PLEASE DISCONTINUE YOUR RELATIONSHIP WITH ROADSYNC. They are liars.

I didn't use this service. I called around to get pricing for towing my car a half mile to my home, and this place along with one other quoted me a $75 charge. I told them, "No thanks," and hung up the phone. Maybe it's just standard pricing, but $75 to move a car a few blocks down the road seems absurd to me, especially since I managed to get it home for free by jumping it off using booster cables (the alternator had gone out, and the car stalled when the battery died, so all it needed was enough juice to get home). I was expecting $35-$40, but $75...? Really?
