Beyond happy with this company. Excellent customer service. I emailed my issue and within a day I received a phone call trying to fit me in ASAP. Very nice to speak to, they really listen about your issue, care about what’s going on & want to help. When I got the service, Jason was so pleasant I felt like family. My problem was treated before by Orkin & I received NO results. Within a few days from Bug King coming , I noticed a HUGE difference & now I think it’s completely resolved. Thank you ! FIVE stars !

After renovating our bathroom in our Lake Naomi Pocono House, we discovered we have carpenter ants. Even in the snow, within an hour, Bug King came out and not only took care of the immediate problem but explained how carpenter ants live and effect the rest of the house - never one colony! We agreed to the service plan. Then, when we were at the house a couple of weeks later, Bug King showed up unannounced to spray (as part of our service plan) because of the thaw and calls they were receiving from other homeowners in our neighborhood. Very professional, trustworthy and knowledgeable.

If you want the pests gone, call bug king. I used them because I was tired of all the "corporate" pest control companies overcharging and polluting my property.. the guy who showed up was a very very nice guy, he knew a ton about his products and what they did. I have kids and pets so he made sure the products he used would not poison my kids.. I am very happy with the service.. I will definitely call again
