We are super excited to be offering drop-in self-directed gym passes, personal training, small group workouts and massage at our one-of-kind workout studio locally-owned in Sister Bay, WI. Door County Fitness Studio is a work space for independent fitness professionals and their clients, loaded with awesome equipment and supportive trainers who will customize workouts and teach you how to take care of your physical health.

What you won't find here is a bunch of "one-size fits all" machines. At Door County Fitness Studio, we are passionate about health & wellness and pride ourselves in offering creative, functional workouts that motivate and inspire, making working out fun for all ages, genders and fitness levels!
Services
Trisha Araujo is an American Council on Exercise (ACE) Certified Personal Trainer and the proud owner of Door County Fitness Studio. Trish began teaching dance fitness (Zumba) and training others in 2010. She understands the struggles of a busy life, priorities pulling at you, injuries that can slow you down, self-talk that can sabotage your progress and the fluctuation in weight and motivation that can occur throughout one's life.
We offer a diverse line-up of scheduled small group workouts open up to everyone and designed for all levels. Our instructors carefully craft each workout to include exercise modifications and progressions to ensure participants are challenging their current fitness level to receive maximum health benefits.
Exercise (ACE) certified Personal Trainer and the proud owner of DOOR COUNTY FITNESS STUDIO. She enjoyed her chosen career but grew tired of corporate, the politics and working for others tirelessly. So, when her daughter went off to college in NYC, she decided it was time to leave it all behind and do something different, something she felt could positively impact others.

Best fitness studio/gym in Door County! Classes offer fun, high-energy, engaging workouts with plenty of variety. The owner, Trish, is extremely knowledgeable, friendly, and accommodates people at every skill and ability level with custom workouts and thoughtful modifications when needed. There is plenty of excellent equipment, and the Studio is always clean and inviting. Classes and personal training are very reasonably priced and convenient to schedule using the website or app. The Door County Fitness Studio is a fantastic facility offering all the support and motivation needed to truly enjoy

Trish is an amazing trainer! She is upbeat and fun to workout with. Trish takes the time to ask questions and get to know her clients to make sure the classes and/or training are perfect for each person. Her classes challenge you, yet have plenty modifications so no matter your ability you will get a great workout in! The gym is very clean and the equipment is in great condition. I highly recommended workout here. It is my ‘go-to’ every time I am in Door County!

Great light-filled clean gym. The owner Trish is an energetic, skilled, safe, and careful physical trainer. I went to her several times and will go back when I’m next in Door County. She cleans and sanitizes everything, does private or group training- I did private- and does online remote training, weight training and HIIT. The gym is new and spacious with plenty of dumbbell and barbell weights, squat racks, kettle bells, benches and all you need for non-machine workouts. She also has several rowing and treadmill machines, and the full gamut of foam rollers, bands, balls, etc.... I felt so good

I love Trish at Door County Fitness Studio! She is motivating and makes working out fun! When covid hit she instantly got innovative and launched virtual classes by donation only. She has a gift for making anyone feel comfortable! All skill levels are always welcome with Trish! She will get you working!

Intense, creative workouts with modifications, if needed. Clean studio with excellent variety of equipment. What I loved the most was the encouragement & energy the instructors provided. I enjoyed classes/personal training with Trish & Ashley. Their fun energy, along with muscle tightness from kick-a$$ workouts, leave a lasting effect. Thank you so much!

What makes traveling hard when you're trying to stay fit? Finding a trainer that actually understands you and where you are in your journey. Trish was an insightful presence in a welcoming place. She worked hard to know me & help me push myself — while I was on vacation! I'll definitely be back to DCFS.

My girlfriend and I absolutely loved our workouts with Trish. She does an incredible job of explaining each part of the exercise with feedback on form/technique, she's a terrific motivator and really pushes you with a great variation of workouts. Highly recommended.

Best place to get a nice workout in. They all know how to help you out. I work with Trish and she makes me believe that I can push myself to finish my workout without wanting to quit. She also knows very well when I need to stop if it's to much. Please go and check them out you wont regret and will be very thankful.

I started Hiit classes in May, without having exercised in over 10years. I now go 4 days a week and have never felt better. People say they dont have time. I have 3 jobs and Trish worked with my schedule. Every class is different, keeps me on my toes lol

My husband and I have been using Door County Fitness Center since it opened. The trainers are terrific. They have a great variety of equipment and customize your workout to your capabilities. We have taken classes as well as individual services. Highly recommend this place.
