We had a seamless experience with Cannon Builders from the beginning. Even with good ole covid looming over all aspects of the project we moved along right on time. I gave them 1 star because you have to. Bought a new home in April paid to have top soil brought in as clay is hard to grow grass on. I think they just brought in dirt from one of the other lots they were building on. What they call finish grading is laughable have had to have multiple discussions and yet the yard is still holding water. The hall laundry closet door is to small to fit any washer and dryer combo and when we called the builder we were told to call home pro. Home pro doesn't believe it is a punch list item. These builders are totally unresponsive and do as little as they can get away

Cannon Builders made our home experience wonderful! We had moved from Florida and were looking for a home where we could keep our RV and put a pool in. Not many places allow both. Holi made the whole experience from choosing a floor plan to color choices and past closing to make it all very easy. This company knows what they are doing. There are so many different floor plans and different options that the neighborhood is not cookie cutter. We had few issues when we moved in, but they were taken care of pretty much immediately. Hubby and I highly recommend this company and all their employees.

I just wanted to let you guys know that Justin has been so great, he is on top of everything and has called us with any issues and we have complete trust in him, he knows exactly what he is doing and has made my husband and I very comfortable during this exciting process!! They build such beautiful homes. They go above and beyond to help their future families. Steve came out in the pouring rain and helped me reroute excess water. Holli worked tirelessly to get us the lot, house, and all amenities that we wanted. Justin stayed on top of every contractor and question that we had! Building can be such a headache but they made it a wonderful experience! Looking forward to having them build another home for us in about 5 years! I feel like I am a part of the Cannon family!

Do not under any circumstance use cannon builders they have ripped off many people telling them they will put a new roof on your house from a storm and all they will do is take your money and not do the work and then there gone before you can do anything about it I repeat do not use this very bad company

Had I known the issues I would have in building my dream home with cannon I would have never done it. During the building process I was given time frames to let flooring contractor and granite contractor know when to be there to do their work. As they showed up to do work the house was not ready for them so they had to make special accommendations to come back and get work done. We were given Aug 19th date to closed but push back and back and it wasn't due to weather. They came to me with a Aug 31 date which was not met either due to brick layers went MIA. What are kidding me!!! Finally
