Came to have lunch with a party of three in separate room by pickup section. We primarily decided to sit away from most people because of covid concerns.
We all were happy with our meals, and the attentive service from our server and busser; however, we were extremely concerned, suprised and aghast when food preparer came to the counter coughing without a mask while we were eating. It was apparent that they don't respect or use much due diligence to the safety of their customers even after bringing it to attention to that person or manager that day. Got a very indifferent if not an indignant response

I ordered grilled calamari, not over breaded. Besides the breading, it tastes so cheap and salty. $14 for this is not cheap. Terrible taste. Not sure why everyone is leaving amazing reviews. Should I let you know what the sauce tastes like? Just avoid this place.

I ordered today from this restaurant and my order was wrong. I called right after ordering to ensure that my order will not be wrong or for that matter So there will be no mistakes I asked for cheese tortellini with Alfredo sauce and add chicken and spinach
I received a spaghetti with those same ingredients and marinara sauce. The pasta was cooked fine but the taste of the marinara sauce was not good at all. I then called back to speak to somebody about the situation and they gave me a $10 credit to my next meal… my total price of the dish I ordered was over $22 I don’t see why I wasn’t

The restaurant ambiance and decor was very nice and pleasant. Full house so there was tables of chatter which was great! It's always good when restaurants have happy patrons.
The set back was that we had a 5:30 reservations. We were seated within 15mins. But, we were not was noserved until 7:30pm. This is not to say it was bad because good thing we, party of 8, were not starved. The server who was very kind- offered us two salads and later offered us 3 desserts to share ... for their kitchen service. The pizzas and dishes were just average. (Good, but average). Nothing outstanding.

As someone who lives with Celiac disease, I am happy to say that I have never left Lucca's ill. I have never gone home and suffered the consequences of a poorly prepared meal. Lucca's has never been anything less than perfect for me and their food is honestly made with all the love they have to offer their customers.
The vibes are immaculate, the service is never bad, and the staff is always ready with a smile, even on a busy day/night.
I highly recommend stopping by after hitting Brookfield Zoo - it's literally a 7 minute drive away.

Love this place is going to be one of my favorite from now on. Is kind of pricy but is worthy your waitress and the staff was very attentive. The food was perfect fresh and cook in the right temperature! The only thing I didn’t like was the small and uncomfortable space inside it was crowded. But other than that was excellent

It was a nice escape to eat outside after not being able to do so in over a year. It’s that classic Italian restaurant vibes in a great suburban town. The food came out was great and fresh. I ordered the BBQ pizza and thought they did a fantastic job. Along with some appetizers you’re more then likely to leave full.
