Located at the foot of Napa Valley, our American Canyon, CA refrigerated facilities span over 1.6 million square feet and we store over eight million cases and more than 50,000 different items on behalf of our customers.

1 of thee very 1st to arrive with all paperwork correct & in order as they strictly specify. Then I’m bounced around from building to building until I’m finally checked in at the dreaded forever slow moving bldg 3.!!! Been here 4hrs & I swear they’ve taken breaks every other hr.
Mobile lunch truck arrived & its like bees to an open jar of honey.!!!
Their explanation was, well everybody is late so you have to wait in line. I wasn’t! So why do we make appointments was my question. Their answer sorry please wait in line.

I am not at all prone to writing business reviews. I rarely write reviews. In the case of Western Carriers, I am all to eager to write this review.
We recently made a move from North Carolina to New Jersey. Western Carriers transported our wine cellar contents and provided climate controlled transportation and storage. The pick up was flawless. The shipping cartons high quality. The vehicle was correctly temperature controlled. The storage was for a period of seven months. The wine was delivered exactly on time. (no small accomplishment for any type of truck deliveries these days) Not a single

The guys that work in dock 6 are really fast. They usually will get you in and out within 30 minutes. Just make sure you bring in your truck registration, drivers license and liquor permit. They will ask you for that when you check in. If you don’t have your liquor permit, just ask them for their email. They will print it out for you when they get it from the broker.

Sometimes they are super quick depending on which warehouse, but often times you get stuck watching people not work, and then they close an hour for lunch. Usually it 3-4 hours wait, and then you have to wrap 20 pallets and they make you bring your own wrap or charge 15 bucks to use theirs. One warehouse is in and out in about an hour, as long as it's not a full load. Some of the workers are super nice.
