Tire Outlet

OnlineTireOutlet.com has a link to this Yelp page for ratings. But Yelp gives a diffenet web address for the business -- www.TireOutlet.com. The two web sites are NOT the same. Looks like two different companies. What's up with that? Shell game?

Pouring rain and I hit a pothole. Fortunately, I'm just down the street from the Tire Outlet. It's 3:30 on a Friday and they're slammed. I'm told the wait will be 45 mins. I make a few calls and look out the window to see the guys working on my tire well below the 45 they told me. My tire isn't in stock so they throw on my spare and get me headed home.

These guys are great. Their service people are professional and courteous. The inside guys are having fun and working hard to take care of their customers. It was a great positive experience.

This was my first time going to this shop. I loved it! Great service, reliable and honest. The manager was really kind and trustworthy. I had a tire that was constantly losing pressure. They identified the problem and fixed super fast. The price was more than fair. I will definitely recommend it and keep on going back!

I really appreciated the team at this Tire Outlet! I came in with my Nissan Murano for an alignment for a big road trip - & Andy, the store manager, ran all his tests on my car & told me it was not needed! He did not charge me a single dollar for his time, & he gained a customer for life. Thank you Andy Almedina!

Andy, the guy that I was talking over the phone was nice and honest I can tell.

Awesome place! My parents were purchasing a used vehicle and I brought it to Tire Outlet for a used vehicle inspection. Not only was it a free inspection, but Tire Outlet gave me the peace of mind knowing the purchase was a smart one. I will continue to give them my business for years to come! Highly recommended!

The team here is wonderful, we had 4 sets of tires purchased from them for our X5, I've brought both my cars here to get the tires checked, nails removed etc and the team is quick, efficient and professional. Honestly could not rave about it any more. Everything is always covered and no out of pocket fees. Continue to return and would highly recommend if you need help with tires etc. I've even brought my kids with me and they always try to work quickly to get me out without waiting. I have used them twice. Once to replace my hard to find tires and once to repair a tire (nail). Both times they did what they said they would. No unexpected charges or delays. I would recommend them for a fair value and quality work.

There aren't many businesses that I give 5 stars, but that's exactly what you get here: 5 star service. I dropped my vehicle off for a lug nut stud replacement, rotation, and a balance. The turnaround was quick and the service thorough. Every member of the staff from the front desk to the mechanics are courteous, professional, and always go above and beyond to make sure that the customer is satisfied. It's always a pleasure doing business with Tire Outlet, and will always make sure to bring my vehicles there in the future!

Great price and amazing customer service. Took my car to have the breaks replaced and they found a nail in my tire and patched it for free. Soo nice, cannot recommend them enough. I will send all my family and friends here!

My family always brings our vehicles to this location but I won't be back, my boyfriend dropped his vehicle off to be aligned and they broke his ignition by jamming another set of keys into his car to start it. They told us we had to pay to get it towed and fixed even though it was there fault and nothing was wrong with my ignition when I dropped it off. They so generously offered to split the cost with me for their mistake. Terrible customer service.

GREAT and quick service. I ordered my set of tires in advance and took no more than 30-45 minutes and rotation are included every 5,000 miles for free.

WILL DAMAGE YOUR WHEELS AND LIE ABOUT IT!

This is a portion of the email sent to the store owner:

"On 15th June 2018 I purchased a set of BFGVG-FORCE COMP 2 AS for a total of $449.03 and had the shop mentioned above install said tires. Prior to the installation I asked both the manager, Malissa, and the installer if they feel comfortable completing the install without damaging my gloss black wheels that did not have ANY previous damage, they both assured me that they can complete the task without any damage. But they did damage the wheels, both wheels that they touched are now damaged

This place is now under new management and changed their name to The Tire Department. I came here to change my brake pads and was quoted a fair price after inspection. Some other shops tried to get me to replace both rotors and brake pads, which was unnecessary. Manager did not try to push any additional services that I did not needed. The wait was fairly long, so it's probably best to drop your vehicle off and pick it up later.

After they changed my brake pads, they found that one of the lug stud was stripped and they were unable to put the lug nut back. Staff denied that it was their mechanic

Bought set of new tires for my Mercedes with 40,000 mile Warrenty...tires wore down to the core at 15,000 miles 8 months later. Car had perfect alignment done right after I bought tires at dealership.
Told me over phone they would prorate the Warrenty. Sales Rep Travis. Regional Sales Mgr Rob untrustworthy.
When I got to store the same sales rep said he couldn't do anything for me and tried to sell me the same horrible tires at full price. Not only do I feel lied to I feel like I was lured back to the store under false pretenses. I generally try and support small businesses but this one

Super fast oil change. I watched a movie while they did it but they were too fast so I will have to rent! Keep up the good work guys! They have my business!
