I'm not sure what the reasoning is, but I was not afforded the opportunity to physically interview with this "Doctor." It was all conducted via video chat. Which, I suppose was a blessing in disguise.
This woman was an absolute nightmare to work with. From the very start of the interview during this pre-employment evaluation, she was very cold, had a forced, fake smile, and was detached from the interview. This office is nothing more than a processing station. Herding people through as quickly as possible and making snap judgements without benefit of the doubt. People are not just another line item and not everyone is up to no good. You’ve lost sight of what it means to truly help those sent to you. Everyone has a past, even you. Come down off the pedestal you put yourself on.

I have been a patient of Dr. Jeni on-and-off since 2015. I chose her because of her focus on rational emotive behavioral therapy (REBT), because I know I benefit from honest feedback rather than someone who will just listen to my problems. (But she does a lot of that too — and puts up with me arguing with her lol.) She has firm boundaries, which is actually expected since mental health is both a sensitive subject for people and mental health patients can push them. That said, she has always been sweet and caring in my visits with her, even when telling me something that is hard to hear.

Had to get a psych eval for a potential job offer. After reading the online reviews I was a little nervous going to her practice due to some of the negative reviews. I arrived early, was promptly greeted by her receptionist and offered water and a comfortable place to sit. I was given all required materials for the test, and was seen by Dr. McCutcheon right on schedule. Dr. McCutcheon is a very pleasant and professional woman and I was very pleased with my visit.

It took me forever to get an appointment scheduled. When my appointment day finally arrived, I showed up early to do paperwork. No one greeted me, so I finally went and asked the office girl if there was paperwork for me. That was when she informed me I wasn’t on the schedule. She was the one who had booked my appointment over the phone. Absolutely atrocious. Do not go here if you need help!

During my time in the service, I had two employment/clearance related psych evals. I’ve also had a few for other jobs since getting out. They have NEVER been an issue for me. I have never been disqualified from a psych eval. Having said that, let me say “Dr.” McCutcheon is easily one of the most abrasive, rude, condescending, disrespectful, unfortunate, garbage psychologists I have ever encountered. Her primary focus seems to be a structured Q&A. Should you expound on your answer she will immediately accuse you of story telling or “going off on a tangent”. And, heaven forbid, you remember

Called to get an appointment I am a usmc veteran going through the process of cbp and need a pre employment evaluation . I was quoted $500 which is outrageous . And being that you only have 2 stars that's a little much to ask for . Plus I'm sure you don't refund people the $500 after you ruin their careers like the woman below me said .
