City green technician named Frank did a good job spraying my property the other day, he went from property line to property line spraying my yard. That's the way it should be done, not spraying here and there missing areas. As a customer I expect 100% coverage and Frank was up to the task. I hope he continues to do a good job. Keep up the good work Frank, it only takes an extra minute or two to make a customer happy. CYA next month.

Yesterday City Green fertilized my lawn with quality liquid fertilizer. There was a special section of the lawn that was roped off from being mowed since about 3 weeks ago when I added some St. Augustine sod and plugs. I was not sure if that area received the fertilizer so I called and asked the question of Kathy, the *fantastic* Office Manager. Kathy told me that Jason, the lawn technician who delivered the service, had already left for the day but that she would ask him first thing this morning and if he had not fertilized that area, she would send him back. I was away from my phone at 8:55am

This is a great service if you are looking for a cheap alternative to more concierge type lawn treatment services. They will treat your lawn with a preset cocktail each month, nothing catered to your specific lawn, your soil type, pH or lawn type. I'm sure that these treatments will do no harm to your lawn but they will not provide targeted treatment based on your specific needs. If their weed treatment dujour isn't effective for you, well maybe next month it will work. At least they will have another months payment. Customer service is lacking. They are happy to let customers come and

Shout out to Kyle and his crew for saving my Phoenix Date palms. Late last spring I started noticing a problem with one of the Date palms. I called the pest control company that I had been using for the last year to tell them I was having a palm tree emergency. After several failed attempts at treating them, I called several other companies and reached out to the county extension office. A local landscaper in the area suggested I talk to Kyle with City Green. Kyle got back to me the day that I called, came to check out the trees the next day, came up with a plan and treated them the day after.

Kyle has taken my yard from so so with too many weeds to the best yard in my development. If I have any problems between treatments City Green comes out with spot treatments to fix the problems because Florida's Floratam grass is not easy to keep looking nice. Kyle has done better than any previous company to put my yard at the envy of many in our community.

My lawn and shrubs have never looked better since I chose CityGreen. I also use their pest control service. They do so much more than the others I used over the years. They remove spider webs in my lanai and any mud wasp nests around the house as well. My property has never looked so nice. They care for my property like it was their own.
