They only give us the option of paying rent virtually, and charge us a non-negotiable, non-waivable fee each time you make a payment. That means that on top of the already high rent charge, if you AND your roommate pay separately, you’re getting charged $28 a person. So, a $56 fee just for you and your roommate to pay rent. 🙄

I absolutely love living here! There is a lot of privacy but if you want to hang with people, it is like it’s own community. They have events such as painting pumpkins or their doggy dates. Also, they have their own pool, movie theatre, exercise room, and pool table. It is also close to campus!
Another thing that I love is that they are so quick with fixing things. If something does break or malfunction they are there and fixing it. The staff is so helpful and caring. The apartments are well maintained and it honestly feels like home here❤️
